Comprehensive Profit & Loss Accounting
The Sage nominal ledger allows profit and loss and balance sheet accounts to be produced for each company. Analysis at individual property level can be achieved using Sage’s department codes.
Invoicing
Invoices can be automatically produced for rent, service charges, interest on late payment and other regular recurring charges across the entire portfolio simultaneously. Ad-hoc items such as insurance recharges and direct recovery of expenditure can also be invoiced. Transactions are passed electronically and seamlessly to the sales and nominal ledgers of Sage 50 or 200.
Property Database
The Microsoft SQL Server data structure allows unlimited companies, properties, units or tenancies and stores complete portfolio information.
No Duplication
Tenants created in LandMark are automatically created in the Sage customer list. LandMark can also create nominal codes in Sage.
MS Office Compatible
LandMark allows bulk data import and export from MS Excel making it easy to run import procedures such as property valuations and tenant’s insurance charges, or creating custom reports.
Reporting
Property level data content enables reporting from the investment perspective. Tenancy level data assists with on-going management of rent collection, service charges and tenancy terms. Data can also be easily extracted with report-writers such as Crystal or Microsoft Excel.
